Sallanches station

Buses depart from a bay right next Sallanches station, so you literally walk out of Sallanches station and the buses are right there. 

Sallanches station has a waiting room, so you can wait in the warm.

You can buy bus tickets at a counter at the train station, but it is recommended to buy them in advance online at www.altibus.com which shows timetable information too.

Le Relais du Megeve hotel/restaurant

Opposite Sallanches station there is a nice restaurant in the Hotel le Relais du Megeve.

This is a good place for breakfast or dinner before catching a train back to Paris.  There's plenty of space to store your bags while you eat, and it's very pleasant inside.
